During this consultation, we will discuss your house’s features and any areas that need to be addressed. Sarah will start from the outside and work her way in, creating a punch list of what needs to be done to make your house ready to sell. This detailed punch list will be prioritized to fit your schedule.
You may (1) use this document as your own To-Do list or (2) hire Sarah to accomplish any or all of the items on the list.
hands-on editing: $100 for 2 hours or $200 for 4 hours. Using your existing furniture and accessories, Sarah will arrange your home into a clean, warm, inviting atmosphere and will leave a checklist to help keep the house “show” ready.

In order to document your house for promotional photos, many jobs may need to get done. Her hands-on staging services can include: coordinating work with painters, arranging handyman jobs, and/or working with contractors to cost-effectively deliver a more updated, fresh look for your house. Depending on the size of your house, this process is completed in one day to one week.
